Exploration of the basics of patent law and other areas of intellectual property, including trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights. The fundamentals of protecting and formalizing rights to inventions and other intellectual property, both in the United States and internationally. How to operate in an environment composed of your competitors' intellectual property.
